I've seen all the Star Trek series, and Voyager is my favorite. The story involves a single Federation ship that's been stranded in the Delta quadrant of our galaxy, 70 000 light years from Earth. On the way home, Capt. Kathryn Janeway and her crew get into many adventures and trouble, just to see the "Blue marble" once again.A large portion of the show that's been filmed in 7 seasons is about the conflict with a powerful alien race that's inhabiting the Delta quadrant - The Borg, but every episode is a story for itself.
The acting is superior to that in The Next Generation, and Deep Space Nine and more believeble than in Enterprise NX-01. Special effects are also great but what's separating Voyager from other series is the unique goal of getting home, rather than the pure excitement of exploration.
For all of you Star Trek nuts out there Voyager should be the jewel in the crown of Your space traveling adventure.
